Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for purchasing from hoclhub.com. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you require a refund or an exchange either due to a chance of mind, being dissatisfied with the product or if you’ve received a damaged or faulty item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
To start a return, please email us at info@hoclhub.com within three (3) days of receiving your package. Once notified, items must be sent back within five (5) days. All items should be in new, unused condition with original tags and labels attached.
If you receive a damaged item, take a photo or video of the damage and email it to info@hoclhub.com as proof before using the item or starting the return/exchange process.
Return Process
To return an item, contact our customer service at info@hoclhub.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the address provided by our team.
Return Shipping Fees:
- Undelivered Packages: If your package is undelivered and sent back to us, a fee of 6 AED per order will apply.
- Return Pickups: If we arrange a pickup from your location, the fee will be 15 AED (same as our next-day delivery charge in the UAE).
- International Orders: For international returns, the fee will be the same as the original delivery charge for your order.
*Please note that all return shipping fees will be your responsibility.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your retum has been processed.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange with a photo or video proof of the damaged or defective item.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next Day Shipping: 1 business day
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s), which you can use to check the status of your shipment. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Damages
HOCl Hub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HOCl Hub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
