About HOCl Hub ->

HOCl Hub is a global hypochlorous acid platform connecting individuals and businesses with compliant, quality-verified HOCl products across the UAE, UK, and USA. We’re not a traditional retailer. We sit between buyers and certified manufacturers, handling education, product sourcing, compliance routing, and demand qualification so that every purchase or business enquiry is properly matched and supported. If it’s about HOCl, it belongs on HOCl Hub.
No. HOCl Hub is a platform. We partner with certified, independently audited HOCl manufacturers in each region and manage the commercial relationship between buyers and manufacturers.
We currently operate across three regions, each with its own dedicated subdomain: UAE (uae.hoclhub.com), United Kingdom (uk.hoclhub.com), and United States (us.hoclhub.com). The main domain (hoclhub.com) serves as a global entry point and routes visitors to the correct regional storefront.
Via the Contact Us page on your regional subdomain, by email, or by WhatsApp for quick questions. Links are available in the footer of every page. For business enquiries — wholesale, white label, private label, or partnership — use the enquiry forms on the relevant service pages.
Visit the Become a Partner page. We have partnership tiers. Each tier has different requirements, fees, and benefits all outlined on the page.
We’re not a middleman. Our manufacturer partners price through us exactly as they would if you contacted them directly. No markup on top. What you’re paying for is everything else. Finding the right manufacturer. Navigating compliance. Getting the right ppm for your use case. Coordinating fulfilment. We handle all of it so you don’t have to figure it out the hard way.

Understanding HOCl ->

Hypochlorous acid is a naturally occurring molecule produced by the human immune system to fight infection. It’s a powerful, non-toxic disinfectant and skin-safe sanitizer effective against bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Unlike bleach and harsh chemical disinfectants, HOCl is safe for skin contact if used according to the recommended guidelines, leaves no harmful residue, and breaks down into trace saline after use.

These are two distinct product categories with different formulations, ppm levels, regulatory requirements, and permitted uses. Biocidal HOCl is formulated for surface disinfection and environmental sanitization — it’s regulated as a disinfectant product and must meet regional biocidal product regulations.

Cosmetic HOCl is formulated for skin contact — face sprays, personal care, post-procedure care and is regulated under cosmetic frameworks. Using the wrong grade for your use case is a compliance issue.

ppm stands for parts per million and refers to the concentration of hypochlorous acid in a solution. The right ppm depends entirely on the intended use — cosmetic-grade skin sprays require a lower, skin-safe ppm, while biocidal surface disinfectants require a higher ppm for verified pathogen elimination. A product with the wrong ppm for its intended use is either ineffective or potentially unsafe. Every product on HOCl Hub is specified to the correct ppm for its category.

HOCl is less stable than conventional disinfectants and has a shorter shelf life — typically 12 to 24 months unopened, depending on the formulation, concentration, and packaging. Once opened, it should be used within the timeframe stated on the product label. Store away from direct sunlight and heat. Check the specific product for its stated shelf life.

Yes — cosmetic-grade and correctly specified biocidal HOCl products are considered safe for use around children and pets when used as directed. HOCl is generally considered non-toxic, free from alcohol and harsh chemicals, and breaks down safely after use. Always follow the product’s usage instructions and keep products out of the reach of young children.

No. Hypochlorous acid is not bleach. They are chemically different substances with different pH levels, different safety profiles, and different effects on surfaces and skin. HOCl is non-corrosive, non-toxic, and safe for skin contact if used correctly. Bleach is none of those things at effective disinfection concentrations. See “Is HOCl the same as bleach?” below for a full breakdown.

No. HOCl and bleach are chemically distinct. Bleach (sodium hypochlorite) is highly alkaline, corrosive, and toxic at the concentrations used for disinfection. HOCl is pH-neutral, non-toxic, and safe for skin contact. They both kill pathogens, but HOCl does it without the chemical load, fumes, or surface damage associated with bleach. HOCl is also significantly more expensive to produce, which is reflected in its price.

HOCl is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, viruses, and fungi — including common pathogens found in healthcare, food service, and domestic environments. Efficacy is validated at the product level and depends on the concentration (ppm), contact time, and application method. Every product listed on HOCl Hub is specified to the correct concentration for its stated use.

Products & Shopping ->

We carry four product categories across our regional storefronts: Face & Body (cosmetic-grade HOCl for skin and personal care), Disinfect & Sanitize (biocidal-grade HOCl for surface and environmental disinfection), Packs & Bundles (curated multi-product sets at better value), and Special Offers (limited-time deals on products across the range). Categories and product availability vary by region.

Every product on HOCl Hub is sourced from a certified, independently audited manufacturing partner in the relevant region. We verify formulation grade, ppm, pH, stability, and compliance documentation before listing. We do not list products we cannot verify.

Yes. No products listed on HOCl Hub are tested on animals.

HOCl is a naturally occurring molecule with no animal-derived ingredients. All products in our range are vegan.

Biocidal-grade HOCl is safe for most hard surfaces, including food-contact surfaces, and leaves no harmful residue. As with any product, we recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first, particularly on porous materials, soft furnishings, or sensitive finishes. Always follow the usage instructions on the product label.

Orders, Delivery & Returns ->

Orders can be amended before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we can’t guarantee amendments once an order has entered fulfillment.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We’ll resolve it promptly — either by replacing the affected items or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

Please refer to the Shipping & Returns page on your regional subdomain for the full policy, including timeframes and conditions. HOCl is a consumable product — returns are accepted for unopened items in original condition within the stated returns window.

We accept major credit and debit cards. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout on your regional storefront. Payment information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers.

For Businesses ->

We offer four pathways for businesses: Wholesale (bulk HOCl supply for facilities, distributors, and operators), White Label (sell HOCl under your brand using our existing certified formulations), Private Label (custom HOCl formulations built to your specification), and Consultancy (a paid advisory session for businesses navigating HOCl compliance, MOQs, and route to market). Each pathway has a dedicated page on your regional subdomain.

MOQs vary by product, format, and region. They are higher than most buyers initially expect — HOCl is not a commodity product and is priced and supplied accordingly. Specific MOQs are confirmed as part of the wholesale enquiry process. Submit an enquiry on the Wholesale page of your regional subdomain to receive accurate figures for your requirements.

White label is the faster, simpler route — you apply your branding to an existing, certified HOCl formulation. The formulation, compliance work, and production infrastructure are already in place. Private label involves developing a custom formulation to your specification — different ppm, pH, application, or packaging — with full compliance and production managed end to end. Private label takes longer and costs more, but gives you full ownership of the product specification.

White label timelines are shorter because the formulation and compliance work is already done — typically weeks rather than months, depending on your packaging and labelling requirements. Private label timelines vary significantly by category and target market — compliance pathways for biocidal products take longer than cosmetic ones. Both are covered in detail during a Consultancy session, which we recommend as the starting point for any brand development enquiry.

HOCl requires precision manufacturing, strict quality control, and careful stabilisation to maintain efficacy and shelf life. It’s not a commodity chemical — it’s a functional, science-backed ingredient with compliance requirements that add to production cost. The price reflects what it takes to make it properly. Businesses comparing HOCl to bleach on a cost-per-litre basis are comparing the wrong things — the comparison should be on total value: efficacy, safety, sustainability, and regulatory position.

Sample availability is confirmed as part of the enquiry process and varies by product and region. Submit an enquiry on the relevant service page and we’ll include sample options in our response.

Start with a Consultancy session. It’s a paid 60-minute video call followed by a written report that covers your HOCl category, compliance pathway, recommended route (wholesale, white label, or private label), realistic costs and timelines, and what to do next. It’s designed specifically for businesses that are new to HOCl or have hit conflicting advice. Find it on the For Businesses section of your regional subdomain.
