These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hoclhub.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

HOCl Hub also operates through a UAE trading entity — HOCL Trading, Trade Licence No. 1440003, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai — for UAE and Gulf region operations. UAE customers transact with HOCL Trading. UK and international customers transact with HOCL Hub Ltd.For US customers: products are fulfilled through an authorised distribution arrangement. HOCL Hub Ltd remains the contracting entity. No US legal entity exists at this time.

These terms apply to your use of hoclhub.com and to any purchase you make through it — whether you are a consumer buying for personal use or a business buying for commercial purposes.

Where specific regional rights apply – for example UK consumer law rights – those are set out clearly in the relevant section. They sit alongside these terms, not instead of them.We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the date you place your order is the version that governs that order.

We will update the effective date at the top of this page when we make changes.These terms are written in English. English is the governing language.

Our Products:

hoclhub.com sells hypochlorous acid (HOCl) products for retail customers and businesses worldwide. Our range includes face and body sprays, surface disinfectants, packs and bundles, and bulk or custom supply for businesses.Every product is clearly labelled with its intended use, concentration, and compliance status. What you see on the product page is what you receive.

If a product does not do what it says, contact us — we will put it right.All products are sourced from certified manufacturers and verified for concentration, pH, and stability before listing. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and offer a full refund.

For Businesses
Wholesale, white label, private label, and consultancy services are available at hoclhub.com/hocl-for-businesses. Commercial orders are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of enquiry.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your region at checkout. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the point of order.We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover an error after you have paid, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders & Contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is not formed until we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

We may cancel or limit orders that appear to be placed for resale by an unauthorised party, or that exceed reasonable personal or business quantities without prior agreement.

Shipping

Delivery timelines, shipping rates, and regional coverage are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy at hoclhub.com/shipping-and-returns. That policy forms part of these terms by reference.Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. Title passes on receipt of full payment.

Returns & Refunds

UK customers — statutory rights

If you are a UK consumer, you have the following statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These cannot be excluded or limited.

Right to cancel: you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel without giving a reason.
Right to return: once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Right to refund: we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return — whichever is earlier.
Faulty goods: if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on hoclhub.com — including text, images, product descriptions, the HOCl Hub name, and all associated marks — is owned by or licensed to HOCL Hub Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.You may download or print content for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

Your Account

If you register an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that is used in breach of these terms.

Acceptable Use

You may use hoclhub.com for lawful purposes only. You must not:

Use the site in any way that violates applicable law
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
Scrape or systematically extract data from the site without written permission
Use the site to compete with us or to resell our content without authorisation
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOCL Hub Ltd’s total liability to you — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. UK consumers: nothing in this clause limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

UAE customers: transactions processed through HOCL Trading are governed by UAE law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai.Nothing in this clause affects the statutory rights of consumers in their country of residence where those rights cannot be excluded.

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy at hoclhub.com/privacy-policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It forms part of these terms by reference.
